Dua for Guidance
رَبِّ اهْدِنِيRabbi ihdinee
"My Lord, guide me."
Dua for Forgiveness
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَAstaghfirullah
"I seek forgiveness from Allah."
Dua for Ease
رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِيRabbi sharh li sadri wa yassir li amri
"My Lord, expand for me my chest and ease for me my task."
Dua for Protection
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَA'udhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq
"I seek protection in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created."
Dua for Patience
رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَتَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِينَRabbana afrigh 'alayna sabran wa tawaffana muslimeen
"Our Lord, pour upon us patience and let us die as Muslims."
Dua for Parents
رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًاRabbi irhamhuma kama rabbayanee sagheera
"My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small."
Dua for Rizq (Provision)
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًاAllahumma inni as'aluka 'ilman nafi'an wa rizqan tayyiban
"O Allah, I ask You for knowledge that is of benefit and a good provision."
Dua for Strength
حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُHasbiyallahu la ilaha illa huwa 'alayhi tawakkaltu
"Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. I trust in Him."
Dua for Gratitude
رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَRabbi awzi'nee an ashkura ni'matak
"My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor."
Morning Remembrance
أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِAsbahna wa-asbahal-mulku lillah
"We have reached the morning, and the dominion belongs to Allah."
Dua Before Sleeping
بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِيBismika Rabbi wada'tu janbi
"In Your name, my Lord, I lay down my side."
Dua After Salah
اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَىٰ ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَAllahumma a'inni 'ala dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni 'ibadatik
"O Allah, help me to remember You, give thanks to You, and worship You well."
Dua for Anxiety
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحُزْنِAllahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-huzn
"O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow."
Dua for Safar (Travel)
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَٰذَاSubhanalladhi sakhara lana hadha
"Exalted is He who has subjected this to us."
